I’ve been using the remote access option for a couple of weeks now to manage my sons’ online time from work. Today, with no change in preprocess, the app asked me for my email and password. My password didn’t work. I reset it successfully twice thru email and it still doesn’t work. Help?!

The R6900 does support circle which has more in-depth features to control your kid's internet time and usage just a suggestion instead of using remote access.
Have you tried to reset it at home via the network?
