Remote access to attached USB drive

Just making sure I'm not missing something. Even with the newest firmware, we are still not able to access attached USB drives via ReadyCLOUD, correct? Anybody's crystal ball clear enough to take a guess as to when this feature will be enabled?

My router says...

"Note: To set up or modify your ReadyCLOUD user account, visit http://readycloud.netgear.com"

...but that site does not look like the official video nor does it detect my Nighthawk R7000 router.

Also, there is no "ReadyCLOUD" tab under Advanced > USB Functions > ReadySHARE Storage

Am I missing something?

Chatted with netgear support today but got no answer when firmware supporting readycloud will be released.
