Where is the remote management address set? On that screen I just see it listed http://<myname>.mynetgear.com but no place to change it. When I try to access that address my broser says the security certificate is not valid. How do I fix this?

It's the IP address of the router's WAN/Internet interface.
Normally, your ISP determines that, not you.

Which browser? Running on what?

Ask Netgear? I haven't been paying much attention, but I'd guess
that a Web or forum search for the actual error message might find some
previous similar reports.

Here is what I' refering to https://kb.netgear.com/23860/How-to-Setup-a-NETGEAR-Dynamic-DNS-account
When I visit the DDNS link to go to my router I get the attached screenshot.

Re: Remote management address
That is probably your browser objecting to what it sees as a security lapse.
What happens with a different browser? Most will have a link that you can click.
For example, here's what I see in Edge:
Chrome has a similar "Get out of jail" link.
