I am trying to access my netgear account in order to block certain websites however I'm not able to answer the two security questions. Where do I go from here? Thanks in advance.

The recovery questions are there if you've forgotten the password.
Problem is, if you didn't set them up (or don't know them) they still ask the questions but there isn't a correct answer.
If that's the case, you'd need to factory reset to get back to the defaults (and reinstall it)

And then, when you set the thing up again, try to remember the answers to the questions you provide.
Or you can see if it is possible to disable password recovery.
