Router DHCP putting out wrong ip addresses

My R8500 is assigning wrong IP addresses. Router is set to 192.168.1.1. IP addresses are assigned 192.168.107–,etc. Devices are therefore not on the network.

Or something else (with its own DHCP server) is.  Trust no one, I
always say.  What else is connected to your LAN?

I'd try again, with the R8500 connected to nothing except (its power
supply and) one (simple, harmless) client device, and see if the problem
persists.  If it does, then the R8500 could be thoroughly confused, and
then I'd try a settings reset.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "Factory Settings".
