Router Not Giving Me 200 Mbps

I have fiber from a local cooperative. The Fiber runs to the house, into an ONT outside the house and then it comes into the house through a CAT cable. The cable goes directly into the router, there is no modem. I am only getting 75 Mbps on any computer in the house, wired or wireless, it doesn't get better. However, if you bypass the router and go directly into a laptop, you get 200 Mbps.
I've looked through the router configureation and I can't see anything that would change that. What can I do other than throw away this very expensive hardware and pay $10 a month to rent their hardware?

Nevermind, I found the issue: Turn off QoS.
Good idea. With 200 Mbps it isn't usually needed, and, as you have found, it can slow things down.
