I just contract the service of spectrum internet 2 days ago so I bought the router brand new, everything was fine until today that my connection shows up that it's "limited" but when I connect my laptop directly to the modem it has internet, so I tried to power cycle everything and still nothing, can anyone help please, don't know what to do anymore
