Router's IPv6 Address On WAN Not Available

Router's IPv6 Address On WAN Not Available

I'm a super Noob. I dont know much and I'm having so much trouble trying to get my router set up properly. I've followed all the advice i could possibly find on the internet. I mainly use my router for gaming on the Xboxone. I havent been able to play on-line. The Wi-Fi sigle seems to drop. Home devices are all connected. one of my many issues is I cant config my router to IPV6. Another issue is trying to Fix the Teredo? At one point i was able to connect my xbox to the wifi and i would get kicked but now it doesnt even connect to wifi. i figured ill reach out to you guys and see who can help me. I thank you guys in advance.

Here is a KB on how to setup IPV6

As for the Xbox can it see either of the 2.4ghz or 5ghz networks are all? if not have you tried to change the SSID or eve activate the guest network and see if the Xbox will connect?
