Router stopped working since power LED is amber

Just yesterday I exchanged my router because I was having this problems, everything was working fine and I get home today where I don’t even have wifi. Works fine for a day then everything goes wrong

Can you provide some more details of what is happening like is there any lights still on the router? Is it only the wifi that stops working and wired devices still work? what firmware version is the router on?

The power light is orange and my 2 ethernet stay orange. None of my devices get wifi, I’m not able to check what version it’s on because I don’t get any wifi. I already had this problem and I don’t know how to fix it.

I disabled auto updates when I set it up because someone said it would help. I have cox if that means anything.

Have you tried to factory reset the device by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds this should reset the routers wifi and password to the default ones it came with.

It doesn’t want to reset (I included a video) I even made sure I heard the click when putting the pin in
