When I plug and power my router it never powers the WiFi on or anything the modem and everything is good I’ve tried resetting and other cords as well nothing has worked… the online specialist said I need to reset frequency or something and that they would sent proper step by step instructions and the instructions that were sent had nothing to do with what she had explained to me…. Very frustrated it’s depressing you pay almost 300$ for a router then the company doesn’t want to help you almost even a year down the line!
It would not hurt to download the manual and read about troubleshooting with the LED's.
Looking from the back to the front of the router, the last two LED's (closest to the front) are a combination indicator/switch. If the second indicator in is not on, press and hold it for two seconds. When you release it, the Wi-Fi radios should turn on.
