I'm Mac user, with Safari v.12, and Mojave OSX.
I have been trying for days to get the support contact by email or by other way. Any time I click on "Contact Support", the "Online Support" page is always blank. (image attached)
I finally switched to FireFox, and then can see all the links to support.
What is missing on Safari? I tried several Macs, and still the same problem.

Kindly used Chrome and Mozilla Firefox web browser for now. I already reported this MyNETGEAR issue affecting customer using Safari and IE Edge web browser.
