I see multiple threads that are now closed about this. This is NOT resolved. I'm on the latest firmware (V1.0.0.70_1.0.25), my timezone is set correctly, I'm not going to downgrade to an insecure version just to get this feature working.
Someone from Netgear needs to fix this bug.

hmm, actually this resolved now, but it's still messed up that you have to specifically set your time zone in order for this to correct itself.
