Setting up R8000 with a Xfinity Modem/Router combo and using the R8000 as the Router
ISP Modem/Router- Xfinity Gateway
Personal router- Nighthawk R8000p
Firmware- v1.4.1.68
So I am trying to setup my netgear router to be used as my primary router and then disable the ISP router option from the modem/router combo. I am having some difficulty figuring this out and any help would be awesome.
Right now I am having the double NAT problem and not getting all the provided speeds because I have two routers.

What model xfinity is it?
Search the Internet for your modem/router and "bridge mode".
