Hi, I'm having a heck of a time trying to setup my router (AC1900 7000R). After connecting router to my modem I cannot connect to internet or see wifi network. After a minute or so all lights are solid white. I know modem is working because I have no problem with my regular network (Netgear55 router). All the instructions I find, use Nighthawk App, download this or that, etc., involve using a network. I cannot use a network, if one doesn't exist or I cannot see it. 3 days ago I could see a network but couldn't log in. Nothing now. I think router may be fried. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Nothing to do with an A7000, then?

What, exactly, did you connect to what, exactly?
General advice: An Ethernet cable has two ends, so specify where both
go. Also, if a device has different types of Ethernet ports, then
"connected to device" is not enough detail.
What is your "my modem"? Has it a maker and model number?

"all"? Even the ones for the USB ports?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for the LED
descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Or, start at the beginning.

You're ahead of me. I don't even know what it is, let alone if it's

I also have no idea what you can find or not find.
