Sign in to router
Hello - I a unable to log in to our router. The last time we logged in to it (a few years ago), Netgear asked for "user name" which at the time was "admin" and password (which I saved) and now to log in Netgear asks for an Email address and password. So we cannot log in to our router. Cannot get any help with this. Any ideas? Our router is registered with Netgear. Thank you.

"unable" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Not a router. Look for "Model" on the product label.

You're talking about a web browser? Where, exactly, did you tell it
to go?
Here's a radical concept:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RTFM
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.
Look for a topic like "Types of Logins". Further reading might not
hurt, either.
