Sky super fast fibre + draytek vigor 130 modem + R7800 router
Hi!
Have just bought a draytek vigor 130 modem (hoping to replace my current sky hub) plus I own a R7800 router. Looking for some advice on how to set this all up for the best results. I presume I should connect the modem initially and set it up into bridge mode.. but from what Iv read it’s then not as simple as just plugging the R7800 router in! Could anyone please help me?

I have no idea what you have read, but it is pretty straightforward and the manual is clear enough.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.

It may not even need that. If the modem doesn't have any "routering" you could spend hours trying to disable something that isn't there.
