Suspicious IP addresses on router

If I login to my router, I see everything that should be connected. I have 10 IP's. When I use this 3rd party WIFI scanner app to scan my network. I pick up a few unidentifiable IP addresses. I've seen 6 different addresses come and go. The app doesn't give anything but an address. There is no description.

I also looked for stuff around the house. My water filter has wifi. I don't use it, so I just turned it off.
