Hi, sorry for my english. I get a brand new router R6020, when I tried to set up the device it give me an error. I read a lot and tried to flash the firmware with tftp program and cmd without luck. My power led turn for about a minute and then goes black. My computer said that ethernet connection is on but no internet. I also tried to power on pressing the only button on back and it flash power and ethernet but doesnt work at all. When I tried to flash the firmware it give me an error, no matter if static ip or dynamic. What else can I do? Thanks for your help.
