Unable to access internet when connected to router via Wi-FI
I just bought the router a few wks ago. I order to access the internet with my router I had to copy my computer's MAC address. Once I did that I was able to reach the internet using a wired connection on my laptop & with a wireless connection on my phone.
I can connect to the router via wi-fi with my laptop but when I do I can't access the internet. Also, even when I have a wireless connection with the router, the Nighthawk app on my phone only shows a wired connection.

Re: Unable to access internet when connected to router via Wi-FI
what modem/gateway do you have?
Firmware on the router?
You shouldn't need to compy your computers mac address to the router to get it working.
