I have a working modem/router. It was setup to be a 5GHz network (probably by default). I have some home appliances that can only connect to a 2.4 GHz network. I am trying to configure my router to be either a 2.4 GHz or both 2.4/5 GHz network. However, I am unable to connect to the device - tried http://www.routerlogin.com,http://www.routerlogin.net and http://198.162.100.1 - the first two takes me to the Netgear home page and the third one times out. I am connected to the 5 GHz network and can browse the internet. I have tried connecting both from by Mac (running BigSur) as well as from my cell phone using the Nighthawk app. Can somebody please help. Thanks.
