Unable to connect to R7000-100NAS

I'm unable to connect to the router when connected to it via ethernet. I've tried to reset it. It blinks a white power light. When I connect to it, it recognizes that something is connected to it. If I connect to port 1, then the port 1 light turns on. Is this a complete brick now?

Can you ping the router?

What are all the other led's doing? 

If you disconnect the router from your modem/gateway, do you get a ip address assigned to a connected computer?

Is wifi broadcasting? Connecting?
