Unable to recover router username and password

It's been a month that I am unable to sort this issue out of recovering router username and password. Can anybody let me know how do I recover my username and password of the netgear router?

the user name isn't changeable, its admin. lowercase.

If you didn't setup password recovery or don't know the correct answers (it still asks them if not setup but there isn't a correct answer), then to get back in, you'd need to factory reset back to defaults.
