Unable to see mac filtering option

I am looking to use mac filtering along with wpa2 security but cannot find mac filtering under advances wireless settings.  Did they remove this feature.

   Firmware version?

Where?  Do you mean ADVANCED > Setup > Wireless Setup?  Did you try
ADVANCED > Security > Access Control?

Yes and there is no option in there as well.

Re: Unable to see mac filtering option

There is support material, including a manual, for the R7000 somewhere at the end of this link:

See page 194.

Not sure where that leaves you.

Re: Unable to see mac filtering option

I cannot see the "Setup Access List" option so I can enable Mac filtering.   I apparently need to make this change to allow a Roku Streaming+ to work.   I even tried updating firmware on the router, but still don't see this option.  Help!

That's the first mention of Roku. I would start there. You may have been led up the garden path by whoever told you that.

The objective should be to get the Roku to work, not to enable Mac filtering.

Did you start with a search of this forum for Roku? It could be useful.

For example:

Solved: Roku devices not connecting to the internet - NETGEAR Communities

Roku 2 won't connect to Nighthawk AC1900 R7000

how do i connect my roku stream stick to my wirele...

Roku or Amazon streaming stick does't connect to W...

There are more where they came from.
