Unable to update firmware’ by checking
I keep getting error message “ There was a problem checking firmware updates “ on my RAX120 Router’ Is anyone else experiencing this?

What firmware version are you on?
Have you tried manually updating?

I’m having the same problem. Yes I could probably do a manual update but the ease of doing it all from iPhone app is one of the reasons I purchased netgear. Appears this isn’t the first time this has been reported. You would think a company of this nature could fix their problems.
