Unexpected UPnP event with UPnP disabled

I had disabled UPnP on the R70000 my router yesterda.. today I find the following log entry:

[LAN access from remote] from 67.148.153.115:22388 to 192.168.1.6:5101, Tuesday, Apr 29,2014 05:34:06
[UPnP set event: Public_UPNP_C3] from source 192.168.1.6, Tuesday, Apr 29,2014 05:34:02

This is coming from my DishNet Hopper. This looks like the UPnP is still operable. Can someone clarify how to interpret this log entry?

Re: Unexpected UPnP event with UPnP disabled

To clarify my questions...

Does the following apply to Remote Management (it's always been disabled)?
[LAN access from remote]
What does this mean?

And does the following imply that UPnP is not disabled as it should be?
[UPnP set event: Public_UPNP_C3]

Thanks
