Using a Nighthawk X8 Router with Multiple Range Extenders

I am trying to create a seemless wireless network in a long building.  The building is 330' long and 50 feet wide.  In the center of the building, I have the Nighthawk X8 router.  I have extisting Ethernet cabling to several points along the length of the building that terminate where the router is located.  Can I use the Nighthawk X6S WiFi Range Extenders in access point mode to extend the network?  How many Range Extenders can I connect to the router?  If this doesn't like a plausible application, can you suggest one that many be.  I think to achieve the coverage I need I would need 4 wireless access points plus the wireless capability of the router.

yes you can connect these as APs and you can do as many as needed to cover the area.
