AX4200 isn't a Netgear model. Several devices come with an AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
It looks like you have an Orbi system. If so, you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

It can be easier to ask the VPN suppliers which devices they support. Sometimes they need customised firmware. That's not something that Netgear will be able to help with.
