WAC104 not receiving DHCP from Sky Q router

Hi,

 

I purchased a WAC104 access point for a friend to put in his barn to connect his wireless bird cameras to the internet via a sky Q wireless router.

 

I decided to pre configure the access point on my own BT router. It was simple to set up via the instructions in minutes and all devices logged on to the access point and received an IP address via the router.

 

Alas when I then went to my friends and connected it to his sky router no devices received an ip address despite connecting to the access point successfully.

 

DHCP is set up on the sky router and when I connect my laptop via Ethernet to the router it receives an address no problem.

 

Very frustrating I hope someone has an answer

    Same when connecting to the laptop to the cable connection installed towards the WAC104? 

     

    Same when connecting the laptop to the WAC104 with the connection established to the connection checked above?
