WHY DOES TECH SUPPORT FOR NETGEAR AC2200 SET UP SUCK SO BADLY?
JUST BOUGHT THIS FROM AMAZON YESTERDAY. SPENT OVER $100. CAN'T CONNECT TO INTERNET OR MAKE IT WORK. GO TO WEBSITE. CAN'T EVEN GET THIS THING TO CONNECT OR WORK. WHAT A JOKE. I WON'T HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE I AM SURE.

A couple things.
1. This is the community support forum where members of the public help out. We're not netgear.
2. To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top. Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
3. You didn't give us much details if you did want us to help and not netgear. You have the EX7300? What router are you connecting it to? what method of setup did you using? The installation assistant, the app, using WPS? Where is it failing in the process? Details are key if you want the public support forum to help.
