Bought the router/modem six months ago. Router works fine but the modem is shot. Curious as to the factory warranty period. Since I purchased through Amazon, the return period is obviously expired. Is there any recourse at this late date or do I just eat the $199 I paid for it?
Go to SUPPORT (tab at top), the either login or create and account. Then MY SUPPORT and you should see options for RMA or CONTACT SUPPORT. Only way to do it. You manual might also have other ways for you.
