What is your R8000P MU-MIMO configuration

For R8000P, anyone successfully configured MU-MIMO? I am on firmware 1.4.1.30 and looking at changing configuration to enable Smart Connect and MU-MIMO to use in conjunction with a EX8000. What would be enabled and disabled between Smart Connect, Implicit Beamforming, Airtime Fairness, and MU-MIMO?

I would try all the settings and see what is working for your setup.

Re: What is your R8000P MU-MIMO configuration

Booted up factory clean router with only laptop connected over Ethernet, skipped setup to load latest firmware. After reboot and confirmed firmware version, factory reset using the pinhole button in the back.

Swapped out router, enabled Smart Connect, and set up EX8000. Left Implicit Beamforming enabled. Not using Dynamic QoS as the extender obfuscates all devices connected behind it. Connected wireless devices and let them run for the day to check stability, no disconnects reported from the household.

Enabled MU-MIMO, rebooted the router, then rebooted the extender. Three days so far and no one in the household has told me about any issues. Might see about Airtime Fairness next.

Speedtest both from a wireless device and from the router looks good.
