Which NightHawk?

I want a Nighthawk that has a great range and can support around 50 people connected at once. Which Nighthawk do I want?

Re: Which NightHawk?

I would suggest a r7800 or 9000 both running Voxel firmware. If you want trouble then get a r8000 or r8000p. In otherwords do not even think of a r8000 or r8000p due to on going firmware issues. I sold my r8000p due to no fix of on going problems.

Can also suggest looking at Asus RT-AC86U running Merlin firmware if you are not wedded to Netgear.

Re: Which NightHawk?

+1 for the R7800. I have no experience with the R9000

Routing: NETGEAR R7800 - Voxel Firmware 1.0.2.88SF & Kamoj addon
Switching: 2x NETGEAR 8-ports (GS108v4) / 1x NETGEAR 16-ports (JGS516v2)
Desktop: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - Server: Intel Core i7-7700K - NAS: Intel Pentium G4400 - Cruncher: Intel Core i5-7400
