Which gateway address to use for wireless printer?

I have a SBG6580 cable modem/router (wifi turned off) connected to a R6700v3 in Access Point mode.
A Canon Airprint printer is connected to the R6700v3 AP using 2.4GHz band.
I want to configure a static IP address in the printer's menu, no problem.
QUESTION: Printer is asking for a gateway IP address? Should I use the R6700v3 IP address or the cable modem IP address for this?

Should be the same as the gateway which every other device on your
LAN is using, which, I'd expect, is the LAN address of your router.
About the only obvious use for the LAN address of a wireless access
point is to manage the WAP.

If you configured the printer to use DHCP, instead, then what would
it get/use as its gateway address? Probably should be the same as that.

Re: Which gateway address to use for wireless printer?
antinode, thanks. Correct, every device on the LAN is using the router's LAN address as its gateway. I'm sorry, but what is WAP?
