You have managed to manually turn off the Wi-Fi radios. Neither firmware updates or reset to firmware default settings or cycling the power will change the state of the on/off switch. Once turned off, it stays off until manually turned back on.
When looking from the front of the router, the last two leds on the far right are a combination indicator/switch. The second one in is the Wi-Fi radio on/off switch. Press and hold for two seconds then release. Your Wi-Fi radios should come back on.
