My wifi connection names are no longer showing up on my phone or computer. I can confirm that my modem is working fine along with my wifi service. The router no longer has the lights lit up for 2.4GHz nor 5GHz. I assume the connection has something to do with these lights being off. I have tried resetting the device many times. My app is also not recognizing a device anymore. I have also tried to re-add the device to my app but it ask's to connect to my routers wifi and because nothing is populating I am unsure what to do. Please advise! Thanks!
