Wifi security camera

I have a Soliur XS7 Pro Wifi Solar security camera. I have created a 2.4ghz SSID for the camera to access.   Launching  the camera app utility on my phone which is connected to the same 2.4ghz SSID....

Have you reset the camera to initiate the setup process?

Yes . I have hit the camera reset button numerous times . I also rebooted the router
