Will not accept support is closed on XR700
Netgear this is very bad 2 years WHAT The hmmmmmmm
After a auto update and shutdown DUMA OS will not start
I have tried Reset, factory reset, TFTP upload of new firmware and even downgrade too old firmware
The issue now is all i working LAN, and now i have WIFI LED lit up, but not 2.4 ghz
After full reset and router login and new setup that works, after the last function to get into DUMA OS and set up the rest its says the freeeeeeeeeaking words again
Duma OS not loaded yet
This prroduct is the moste xepsnive in yourline up and i paid 650 dollars for 2 years ago
You need to step up and make GOODWILL on this problem. That after frimware DUMA OS gets killed!!!!!
This is very bad för Netgear

Could you please confirm which was the latest firmware that you've installed to the XR700 that's left it in it's current state?
Since installing the firmware, have you factory reset the XR700 by holding the reset pin on the back for at least thirty seconds?
After that, you'll need to leave it for a few minutes before heading back to the DumaOS interface to set it up again.

I can. It get duma os to work
I found an secret advanced html page for duma os that works but it’s not complete
So DumaOs is dead in normal mode.

What does the power LED look like on your router?
I ask because you mention using TFTP. This is a trick operation that can go wrong.
TFTP is needed only if you have corrupt firmware. The way to check for that is if the power LED is not normal.
If that LED is flashing, the firmware is probably bust. If it is normal, solid white, using TFTP can cause damage.
If the LED is solid white, then you can use the normal manual firmware update.

I also try downgrade and in the dumaos advanced html it says correct as old firmware. I the upgrade the firmware and back again to duma is in not loaded yet
The power led ok. Wi-Fi ok and wps led ok
No 2.4 or 5ghz led is lit
SSid not found in iPhone or other Wi-Fi device
But is enabled in advanced duma html

Please confirm exactly which firmware version you last upgraded to.
After factory resetting, were you met with the setup wizard? If not, you likely did not factory reset the XR properly OR the error message is cached in your browser and you need to clear your cache. That error message only occurs after setup has been complete.

It still remember my password for login
Once Of the 5 times I got the guide for new setup but when done and duma should start I says duma os not started yet

Please do not do a 30-30-30 reset, on modern hardware this is known for causing damage.
What firmware version did you last try to upgrade the router to?

If I just press once on reset I will not clear and reset
30-30-30 did once start setup fresh but still remembers password

The correct way to reset the XR is to hold the reset pin for thirty seconds, then leave it for a few minutes to reset itself.
After this, please attempt to access the setup wizard from an incognito window, it's likely that throughout all your troubleshooting, your browser has cached some exception pages so we want to avoid those.
Once you've completed the setup wizard, be patient and allow the router a further 5-10 minutes to get itself setup, during this time you would expect to be met with the 'DumaOS has not loaded yet' exception.

I did reset 30s and reconfigured it all the way. But still the same Duma **bleep**. Dum in Swedish mean stupid so we’ll hahaha
If I connect to duma advanced html I can se all
But normal connect to Duma says the same crap
We are crying over Netgear and bad product, OS and support

We are throwing it in the trash and we are going to leave all netgear products because lack of support, quality and goodwill and go over to ASUS

I own a 650 dollar brick right now
Netgear should get a firmware fixer execute program like Asus has
if the firmware cracks up like mine did after an auto update from Netgear
