Just purchased and hooked up this router, I use both wired and wirless connections. the wireless is working great, the wired connection doesnt seem to be working at all.
Has anyone else seen this and what is the fix for it?
Just ran the genie it shows the wirless devices but not showing anything wired.
tried different ethernet cables too

You don't say anything about the wired device you are using and how you have determined that it isn't working.
If it is a Windows PC, then you may have to tell that something about your LAN network.
Run its network troubleshooter.
I assume that you have confirmed that the LAN device will work and does not need you to install or update drivers.
