Wireless Settings 2.4 & 5 GHz Not found?

win 10 reports Wirless Network Router Not Connected
routerlogin.com report Router Info check, but Wirless Setting for both 2.4 and 5 are in red circle and X.
i can't figure how to adjust wirless settings.
anybody know?

thank you very much!
i found one problem, a toggle for energy saving, in win 10, was on and needed to be off. once switched, i hard reset and the netgear app popped up and fixed the settings.
well, at least i think that's what happened! netgear site and genie diagnostics ain't universally wonderful.
it's not seeing 5G, but it's done that before, and it magics back after awhile.
