Hello I have firmware version V1.0.9.26_10.2.31
My time and date are wrong. I set the correct time zone in Advanced-> Security->schedual. It says Monday 22 Jan 2018.The time is wrong too.
I did reset the router to factory settings (pressing the reset button the back fo 10 sec).

Re: Wrong Time and Date on R7000
Simple question as you didn't say you did this, but did you press APPLY after setting the correct time zone and DST box?
Also what LANGUAGE is being used?

Re: Wrong Time and Date on R7000
Yes I did press Apply, I don't tick the DST box because in my country we don't have daylight saving, and language is English

Re: Wrong Time and Date on R7000
Sorry, those were just guesses? Some languages I recall having a problem.
Since you are probably not in the US, only a few states don't use DST, I'd think the only other possibility would be your ISP blocking the time server? R7000 uses a specific one, but I don't know what that is? I don't know for sure but I think some 3rd party firmware allows a choice for time servers, but I'd not go that route and it 'could' void any warranty you have.
Did you have another router before that had the correct time?
In case this is a router problem, if you just bought it, I'd exchange it to rule that out. Otherwise, contact support if in the first 90 days is all I can suggest.

Re: Wrong Time and Date on R7000
1) I did the update, it used to say Monday 22 Jan 2018. Now it says Friday, 09 Mar 2018 18:18:15.
2) I did an update check where I had 1.0.9.26 . it said no new firmware found. I downloaded the files manually from the link and now its on 1.0.9.28.
