I am trying to setup this damn router and I keep getting this prompt that says the ethernet cable is not connected but it sure as heck is! Everything lights up, my mac connects to it but the browser says I am not connected... I'm about to throw this thing up against the wall. But it was too frickin expensive! Can't get support because it was used! Any help out there?
Not a model number. Look at the product label.

and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read.
