X6 in AP Mode throttles data speeds connected to lan ports?

We've got Google Fiber at our place so I'm forced to use their primary which is fine - I'm using my X6 on the far end of the house via Ethernet as an AP to boost the Wireless Signal via AP Mode. BUT I'm also wanting to plug in a desktop computer to the LAN Ports.
We get 1GB Data up and down with Google, but the device that's plugged into the LAN port is being throttled at 100MB hardwired.
Is there a reason for this? Is there a setting that needs to be changed or am I just limited to it being throttled stupidly for some reason?
Thanks

Never mind, for some reason the Cat5e cable that I was using was not transferring properly. Just switched it out for another Cat5e and it worked just fine.
