XR500 Router disconnecting from the WAN modem and not responding to PINGs until I reboot.
Hi folks,
In the last week I have been having a problem with my XR500 Nighthawk disconnecting from the WAN link (Internet Connection) and no longer responding to PINGs or allowing to log into the web interface.
While this is happening traffic is still moving between the devices connected to the Router, so my LAN is still up, but there is no gateway out to the Internet.
The only way I seem to be able to fix this is to reboot the router, at which point everything comes back up normally.
This is now happen anywhere between 1 and 2 times a day at the moment.
The router is up to date with the Firmware V2.3.2.114
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Axon.
