Xfinity xFi Modem Connected to Netgear Switch

Im trying the new xFi Xfinity Modem/Router and added a Netgear swtich to distribute the signal thruout the ethernet jacks around the house. It was working fine for a while but all of the sudden the signal drop (no internet). Direct connection from the modem to my computer and wireless works just fine. Is ther a compatibility issue here with Xfinity and Netgear?

       That could mean almost anything.

     

       Are there any LED status indicators on these devices?  What do they
    indicate?

     

       Have you tested/swapped any of the Ethernet cables?

       Unlikely.  Within rather broad limits, Ethernet is Ethernet.
