Zoom Meeting

I have been using Zoom on my desktop and/or laptop since April of 2020. In the past two weeks, I get a message that my internet is unstable and I get dropped as host of my meeting at least once during this time. I need to join back to continue meeting. My ISP states everything good from their end and my wireless netbook looks fine. I do have several devices ( 3 Iphones,1 tablet, 2 desktops, 2 laptops & 1 smart TV) available for use but have not added any of them in over a year. Any ideas on what is now creating this "internet unstable" message and what I can try. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance!

You could try to adjust the wireless channel maybe something is causing interference on the wireless.
