Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for
"Return the Extender to Its Factory Default Settings".
If you have the EX7000, and not the R7000 listed in your footer, you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers.
Your devices is a WiFi Range Extender.
