adding AP's to Nighthawk R8500 half duplex
I have a Nighthawk R8500 that comes up short of covering the area I need. Are there AP's that I can connect via Ethernet and the AP's running on full duplex?
Also, will I have to add a POE switch for the 2 or 3 AP's to be hardwired to? What model of AP's should I buy for full duplex?

I would suggest our mesh extenders you can run then as AP or in extender mode.

Re: adding AP's to Nighthawk R8500 half duplex
Thanks Darrin for the reply. So I can use my Nighthawk R8500 and connect 2 Mesh extenders.
Is the R8500 POE ports? Or do I have to run the cat6 from the R8500 to each mesh extender, then power it locally?
Last question, are these extenders full duplex or half duplex?
Thanks again Darrin

No Poe you can use the extender via wireless if you do not want to run Cat 6.

Re: adding AP's to Nighthawk R8500 half duplex
If I use the extenders via wireless is it running half duplex?
