Which parental controls? (Netgear has several to confuse us.) Free or paid?

Apps no longer support free.

And what are you using on the phone? They support browsers and apps. And what phone? iOS? Android?

Which account? (Again, Netgear has loads of these.)

I admin and password are for the browser graphical user interface (GUI) to manage the router, admin is fixed.
