WBC502 airbridge cannot modify

I cannot modify the configuration. I'm only in read mode. how to write, when you enter its interface. there is only the initialize button when I click there, the equipment starts rather.

@Jacques123,

Welcome to the community!

Could you provide a screenshot of the WBC502's admin interface where it's just read-mode only?

Are you also managing it using the NETGEAR Insight Cloud Portal or just the local admin page?

Regards,

Re: WBC502 airbridge cannot modify

what is the best configuration in my netgear WBC502?
This is to assign IP addresses to my air bridge master and slave. the parserelle of my box is in 192.y.t.x
Should I put my bridges in DHCP or assign them a fixed ip address with the parserelle of my box

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Business Wireless - NETGEAR Communities

Those things are very different from the standard Netgear routers covered in this section.

You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
