ax12 password reset

I bought a refurbished product. Its work well but the supplier password has been changed and i dont have it.

I dont have also the reset password answer.

There is an alternative way to reset ?

There is a Reset button/hole at the back of the router. Press it in for 5-10 seconds and release. This will restore to factory settings and you should be able to login as "admin" with password "password"
